Elevate your workout with a JUMP class! During this class, instructor – Amy Willis – will help you get used to moving while wearing the low-impact Kangoo boots and then she will guide you through a class doing familiar moves, in an unfamiliar way (while wearing boots).
Kangoo Jumps classes help to increase balance, coordination, and cardiovascular ability while with lower impact on the back and knees than in traditional formats.
Advanced Registration is recommended to reserve boots for the class.
