Today’s Task: Try a Superfood
A superfood is a food that is nutrient-dense with specific health benefits. Superfoods, of course , are not magic beans so they do need to be consumed in conjunction with a balanced diet. Today, try a new Superfood or incorporate a tried-and-true one into a meal or two today. Below is a list to get you started, but don’t limit yourself to these.
- Acai Berry
- Bok Choy
