Today’s challenge: Take a Shot

Yup – we are taking shots today – well kinda. In today’s challenge its bottoms up! Your goal for the day is to focus on drinking healthy. One of the ways that people sabotage their goals is by consuming high calorie drinks with no nutritional value. Today, focus on drinks that have health benefits and are low in calories and sugar. You can keep it simple and drink water– but you must make it to 100 ounces today! Yes I said 100 – push yourself. There are some other choices…remember the goal of these is to do something different so choose something that sends you outside your comfort zone!

- 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar (dilute in water or in pure fruit or vegetable juice) – Benefits
- Wheatgrass shot
- Protein Shake
- Bulletproof Coffee
- Matcha Tea
- Tumeric Chai Tea
- Fruit Infused Water
